01 General Terms & Conditions

1688 com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement, so please read this document carefully before using the Platform.

1688 com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, 1688 com's interpretation shall be final.

02 Account Register

Registration on 1688 com requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be terminated and any balance held may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person or household, all accounts will be flagged as duplicates and terminated. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will be detected automatically.

• Your real name, date of birth, and an active phone number are required at registration.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Identity verification may be required to update registered information.

03 Age Limit & Eligibility

1688 com is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age is verified at registration, and additional proof of age documents may be requested at any time.

If it is established that a member opened an account while under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

04 Deposits and Payments

Deposits on 1688 com can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 300. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.

Deposited funds may only be used within the account they were deposited into. Deposits made using a third party's bank account or mobile number are strictly prohibited.
